We undertake jobs of  Fabrication, Machining, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of 200 T Tank rotator alignment station consisting of 200T Drive Assembly, 200T Idler, 200 T Idler Anticreep Assembly for the company.
We fabricate items from M.S. & S.S. for Heavy Shop / Heat Exchangers. We are also involved in the machining of sliding rails,cylindrical radius on nozzels for heatexchangers, arm elevating screw, 'V' blocks, clamps, fabrication of spiders, lifting fixtures for boilers, extension arms for floating center. Other activities being done are making of M.S. metallic blocks, fixture for liners, machining of channels for pump blocks, machining of weld edge, preperation on shell plate and much more.

We are into fabrication and machining of many components for Cement Industry. Till date, we have manufactured number of support grates, shims, bearing housings as per given drawings. We are also into complete manufacture of shafts for buckets wheels, cross girder, fixed / movable support grates, movable supports for coolers, parts for bridge scraper chain drive, manufacture and supply of drive shaft and fork for coolax cooler, shims, bearing housings and many more like base frames, retainer ring and Cover Ring, Tie Rods, Connecting Rods, Grate Bed Plates, Fly Wheels, Sealing Rings.

We are also involved in fabrication and precision machining of components for  their Defense Department

We are also in the process of manufacture of supporting beams bearing guides containing 'T' slots, punch clamps, right hand and left hand angles, support plates, shims, adjustable brackets, cover plates, knockout bar, sliders, bearing blocks and boring of axel housing for forklifts and many such related items.

We fabricate and machine S.S. filler tanks and bore them for their highest accuracy level for bottling plants . We machine their base plates for labling machines.

We are involved in the activity of machining and boring of yorke struts, frames, gearboxes, wear plates and many more for the company's machine building division.

We are into machining of S.C. rings, machining and grinding of heavy rotar shafts upto 3000 mm lg, with keyway cutting; drilling and tapping with disc nuts as per their drawings.

We remove taper in bore(I/D) of heavy rotars on horizontal boring machine as per the mentioned size and specifications.

For M/s. Britannia Industries Limited, we have undertaken the task of fabrication and machining frames for laminator machines as per supplied drawings. The complete fabrication with machining of M.S. base with S.S. cylinder 1103mm long as per the specifications and drawings is also being done.
